Juan (Dolphy) is a old man who lives in the home for the aged in the United states. Juan was a comedy performer during his younger years. During his stay in the nursing home in the United states, Juan watches the noontime game show WOWOWIE through TFC (the Filipino Channel) to ease his loneliness and so as his fellow senior citizens.
Juan loves to go home in the Philippines and misses all of his loved ones and friends especially his one and only love Aida (Gloria Romero) who separated during the Japanese Occupation.
This movie focuses on Juan's journey from the United States to his homeland where he found out the whereabouts of his one and only love Aida (Gloria Romero).
